Our parties are private and never open to the public.  You must have a confirmed RSVP to attend.  They are held at our home in north San Diego County.  The house is 5700 sq. ft. and most of it open for use during the parties.  We enjoy providing an upscale, fun, sexy and private environment. 

When you arrive, please change into your sexiest attire for the party. This helps to get the party into the correct mood for the evening. Remember, this is a SWINGERS PARTY.  Sexy club wear or less.  Dress to impress.  (NO T-Shirts or Shorts) 

After 11pm ALL guest are expected to dress “down”
Women - Negligee, Lingerie, Teddies, Thong, Bra and Panties, Topless, or Nude.
Men – Sexy shorts, Thong, Briefs, towel, or Nude

Remember, this is a Swing Party!! 

You will enjoy the: 

• Private Pool and Spa, no swim suit required!!  (Bring your own towels and enjoy!)
• Dance floor and the music of your choice.

• BYOB, mixers provide
• Appetizers, snacks, and other tasty things.
• Quiet areas for conversation and meeting new friends
• Large patio

• Personal items (Toys, condoms, lube, etc.)
• Sexy clothes
• Small bag to keep your things together

Rules 

The party is to provide a private and comfortable atmosphere where adults may freely enjoy the “Lifestyle” with other consenting adults.  In order to support this goal and protect those who attend the following rules must be respected: 

• No one may attend the party or come on the property without being invited. This is a private party and our home is never open to the public.
• NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.  ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM OUR HOUSE AND YOU WILL NEVER BE WELCOME BACK.
• NO Cameras, Cell phones or video equipment are not permitted on the property.  Please leave you cell phones in the car.
• NO MEANS NO !
• Heavy drinking is discouraged, remember, no one enjoys being around a drunk. 
• We do not provide alcohol.  Please do not ask.
• Drinks and food are not permitted in the play rooms. 
• Please respect our home and treat it as if it were your own! 
• No glass permitted in or around the pool or spa, plastic cups will be available.
• Please avoid domestic quarrels or behavior that will disrupt the party.  Take it home.
• Any violation of the rules or conduct requiring an apology is grounds being removed from our property.  RESPECT EVERYONE!
• Couples must leave together.  No exceptions.
• If you have any problems or questions please let us know.  We want to insure everyone is having a good time.
• Do not disclose the location at anytime to anyone.

There is no charge for the parties.  There is an administrative fee which is paid to coordinate attendance and RSVP tracking.  You must have confirmed RSVP in order to attend.  If you are not on the private RSVP list you will not be admitted, NO EXCEPTIONS!  This is a private party and this protects the privacy of all who attend.

The parties are not SD Lifestyle Club events, they are personal private events.  SD Lifestyle Club is solely for administrative support.
